Trampolines Suite Hotel

The room was awesome with a very big terrace that, unfortunately, we didn't enjoy due to high temperatures. I think the hotel needs to provide big parasols. Breakfast and service are excellent, have a great selection, and always ask. From the first day, they learned our preferences. In front of the beach with 61 bagno included and perfect beach (but 62 bagno was better). Very good restaurant below the hotel with 15% discount for guests. I recommend it 100%

Amazing hotel! Very very nice

Bad experience ... My wife and I decide to take a holiday in Riccione and we opt for one of the best hotels in the area ’TRAMPOLINES SUITES, classified as 5 stars. Being a professional and owner of several hotels, I always prefer to book personally in order to avoid nasty surprises and support hoteliers not to pay expensive commissions to booking sites. They offer me a side sea view room at 350 Eur per night. I decide to reserve 5 nights confident in the reputation of the hotel. They inform me of the cancellation policy which includes a penalty night. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I immediately realize that it was far from the expectations of a 5-star hotel, I enter a poor reception at the back and there was only one receptionist at the reception. They assign me room 101, I take my luggage alone to the room where a bitter surprise awaits me. The room, in addition to being on the first floor, faces the back on the main street, busy, noisy, full of smog from the exhaust gases and above the restaurant !!! The side sea view was actually there, you just had to lean out from the balcony and stretch your head !! We immediately decide not to ruin our holidays, ask to change the room or, in the worst case, to change hotels. The hotel had no other rooms available and obviously it was not our intention to spend the holidays in those conditions and at that price.We are told that the penalty is 5 nights because we had checked in and that if we did not it was only to one night !!! Surreal situation, after losing patience is raised the voice they tell me that they are satisfied with one night. When I ask as paid if I could stay the night and calmly find an alternative. Obviously they refused and told me that if I wanted to stay I would have to pay for another night !!! I will do everything to make this story public because it offends the good name of all the Romagna hoteliers who are known around the world for their hospitality. ' AVOID TRAMPOLINES !!!
