Our stay at Tranquil can only be described as a beyond awesome experience. We had the best time, with just amazingly good food at every meal!!! The Hosts Nisha and Ajay and their team are the best! Great conversations, true hospitality and superb yet unobtrusive service are what one will experience throughout your stay.

A beautiful, serene place amongst lush greenery. The 'no plastic' ban made a world of difference to the environment. Lots of things to do around the property which would interest children & adults alike. And the hospitality of Ajay & Nisha....at another level!!! They were amazing. We were celebrating a 60th birthday with friends & they personally served us a traditional meal for lunch. Can't thank them enough for all they did for us. We stayed for 4 days & every meal was a buffet of different dishes. Ate some of the most awesome foods. Don't miss buying their jams & pickles. Finger picking good. Definitely making a 2nd visit soon.

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but this stay left me so disappointed that I felt compelled to share — especially after spending a fair amount with the hope of a peaceful and memorable holiday. I just don’t want anyone else to go through what we did and have their time away spoiled. Our experience started with a strange kind of welcome — as soon as we stepped out of the car, we were handed a wet towel. While that could have been a nice touch, it felt robotic rather than warm. From there, things didn’t get any better. We checked in around 4 PM and took the kids to the pool for a while. After about an hour, we headed back to the room to freshen up and were served soggy pakoras and warm tea with a sandwich as our evening snacks — far from appetizing. By 7:30 PM, the kids were hungry, so I called the front desk to ask about dinner. I was told it would only be served at 8:30 PM. We waited, hoping for a delicious, comforting meal — but what we got was plain dal-chawal, chapati, and appam. The appams weren’t even warm, which made the whole meal feel even more disappointing. There were only two families (including us)staying at the property, and yet the atmosphere was dull and uninviting. I had seen so many glowing reviews mentioning Ajay and Nisha as wonderful hosts, but we didn’t see either of them. There was no warmth, no interaction — it felt like the staff just wanted to get things over with. This place was neither a luxurious resort nor a welcoming homestay. It fell completely flat on both counts. While the room itself was fine, the extra bed we had requested was a makeshift arrangement — a thin mattress with a sofa acting as a headrest. I regret not taking a picture. We ended up dragging the mattress to the floor because the foldable one was sloped and too uncomfortable to sleep on. And one more thing — if you’re considering getting a massage here for relaxation or well-being, please don’t. It’s better to skip it altogether. Overall, it was a deeply underwhelming experience, and I truly hope this helps someone make a more informed decision. My Learning is never go by youtuber videos
