Comfortable rooms. Clean. River walk is easily accessible. It’s not super central but it’s a great value for being walking distance to old town. Would return!
The hotel itself is fine. The staff at the reception however is the pinacle of incompetence, every single one of them. That was one of the most exhausting experiences ever, and its baffling how a group of 3 different people can produce that many mistakes and then blame the guests in defense of their shortcomings. No communication between the staff members, one mistake after another. There is an extensive letter of complaint incoming. Never seen anything like this.
Hotel clean, nice and well-kept. Beautiful views of the mountains and the Danube. Breakfast very good! The biggest minus is the payment of 20 euros for car parking. I was informed that parking is free, at check-out I was asked to pay 40 euros for 2 cars. I feel cheated!
