Transamerica Executive Bela Cintra

Have had a great stay at this hotel. It just 2 blocks of Paulista Av which makes it quiet at night. The service and the staff are so nice and is always helpful. Me and my fried arrived early in the morning from the US and where able to get us in even if we where 2h early. Rooms are clean and they clean them everyday. I can highly recommend this hotel. Looking forward to come back.

The Pros are the location, rooms are good size, good water pressure in the shower and a good breakfast buffet. The Cons are very noisy rooms, rooms are worn out and need updating, bathrooms are small. The staff were very nice and let us check in early but the room we were in was very noisy at night and made it difficult to sleep. The location was great but you have to weigh the pros and cons to see what is important for you….unfortunately we would not stay here again as a good nights sleep is very important for us.

Unfortunately I checked in and then shortly after, checked out! This is because the rooms are really noisy (beeping in the corridor and street noise) and the pool was completely closed for refurbs even though it was the main photo on the adverts and there was no prior warning. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and it is a good location but unfortunately due to the above matters I am unable to recommend this hotel.
