The hotel is good, we'll serviced and clean. The rooms are generous in size, and the bed large and comfortable. It's located very close to Congonhas Airport which is fantastic and has regular free shuttle services. The kitchen works 24hrs and is pretty decent. A good recommendation for the money.
Accommodations and general services are very good. The rooms are clean and comfort. Restaurant food is good too and price is adequate. Could have a previous contact to confirm reservation and checkout was very slow by having only one employee doing it, needs to prevent this situation.
I don't think this is 4 stars really. It's ok but not what you expect from a 4* hotel. A bit worn out as well. Breakfast offer was poor. I spent 5 nights there so I know what I talk about. Good location for the Congonhas airport though (the main asset).
