The rooms were very comfortable and the meals were very well served. The rooms didn't lack any resource, but the key card stopped working for some reason during the third day. The event rooms have decent infrastructure with Wi-Fi (not free), but very few power plugs on the walls. The receptionist provided us with extensions for the walls. Overall a decent experience, with nice staff and good structure.
Big rooms, very comfortable beds, good breakfast and very economic lunch/dinner buffet. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Towels desperately need to be renewed though. Location is a plus! There's a good italian restaurant across the street and a mall right next to the hotel.
Tier 2 prices in a tier 3 hotel. Lack of energy, an ok breakfast at most, no instructions in the room to call help desk/lobby. We asked for a high floor apt and they even noticed the request. Nice people, but deficient service. Good location was the only advantage. It doesn't deserve a 2nd chance
