Excellent attention from the staff, great for english or spanish speakers, rooms are very comfortable and include all amenities you would need, amazing buffet style breakfast, rooftop pool and an amazing view of the city, the hotel is located on a great neighborhood with many stores and restaurants nearby, its located close to the Allianz Parque stadium so its great for concert goers, was there for the TWICE february concerts and was able to reach the stadium and back very quick

Nice hotel, well positioned, nice rooms with a minibar and microwave kitchen. Walls are thin, so you hear noisy guests clearly. Very nice breakfast. System of deposit at check-in unclear, but when it was time to pay, everything was sorted out eventually.

People give this sinkhole a 5 star rating are just delusional! The place is awful. The rooms smell bad, they’re old and tiny. There’s mold smell in the air, carpets are filthy, bathrooms tiny. The manager is incredibly rude. We booked 3 rooms for three couples and we had a baby - which we explicitly said in our reservation. Upon checking in at 8 pm sharp on a Friday night, the manager was at the front desk and said he couldn’t get us a crib. At 8 pm! The MANAGER of the hotel couldn’t freaking open a room to get us a crib which we even said we could take to the room ourselves. He was freaking rude and even said we should learn, as parents, to request cribs before checking in… We just took our business elsewhere. We asked for pillows and they couldn’t give us any extra. Insane. We just left and went somewhere else. At the rate they’re charging, you could get somewhere thousand times better in Sao Paulo. Please stay away from this place. Run from it.
