The staff at this hotel are top notch. They are always available to assist. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction noise at night but minor.

Excellent place for business events and large work meetings. The main restaurant, on the highest floor of the building, offers a wonderful view of the Avenida Paulista region, with entirely glass walls that allow views in 3 different directions.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to Avenida Paulista and a nearby mart for essentials like water. Most of the staff, particularly the reception team, were welcoming and professional, making my two-week stay pleasant in that regard. However, the housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed a blinking fire or smoke detector on the ceiling, which had two sanitary pads stuck to it—presumably left by a previous guest. Shockingly, the cleaning staff had not removed them. Additionally, despite leaving a tip, my room's trash bin was not emptied. I had to visit the reception three times to request it, yet housekeeping never followed up. In the end, I had to take the trash down to the front desk myself. While the hotel's facilities and most of its staff were great, the lack of professionalism from the cleaning team leaves me hesitant to return. This is a basic expectation that should be addressed urgently.
