Always helpful and attentive staff at the front and with the cleaning services. Front desk gentleman Washington even listened to my tearful relationship experience in Brazil after a night of drinks. 😅 Jose at the front desk was wonderful as well. Even Maria from the cleaning staff was top notch. This place always improves my "🇧🇷 experience" every 3 months I'm here. Rooms with great views and one of the best breakfasts around. The bed was decent, but the fact that they wouldn’t change the sheets every time they cleaned the room was definitely a problem. I don’t even know if they changed the towels, they always smelled humid. Also, there was sooo many ants in the room, from the minute we got there. The location was really far from the main Rio things we wanted to see so it is definitely not convenient. The breakfast is decent, staff is nice, and the shower pressure was great but I am definitely never staying at this place again
They cancelled my booking without any explanation.
