Transamérica São Paulo

This is such a beautiful hotel and a fantastic price when coming from the US. The breakfast buffet here is Amazing! There is so much to choose from and the chef will even fix up an omelet for you as you desire. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful! The room was well furnished and the walk-in shower was so wonderful! It has been a real joy to stay here!

This hotel has a nice little park surrounding the facilities. There are a lot of offers e.g. a big gym, tennis courts, a pool, massages two restaurants which it's very nice. But the building itself an the rooms are pretty old and to my opinion outdated. But my biggest concern as an international guest was that nearly nobody except the receptionist speaks or even understands English. This is even more important because this hotel has an extraordinary account of employees offering their services which was not helpful because of the lack of language skills....

It's a good hotel with amazing space for meetings. Rooms are comfortable, but dated. The location is not the best either. Unless you have a car or are willing to get cabs, don't expect to find anything in walking distance.
