Good hotel that is located in the heart of Casablanca. This is not only a hotel but also a museum at the same time. Guides bring people here to see the interior of the hotel. Statues, portraits, stucco. It looks like a palace inside. ✅ Good service ✅ Friendly staff ✅ Affordable prices

I'm one of the staff of this Hotel, it was bad experience because I didn't get paid for my work when I want to leave because of the poor salary. They don't treat me well. I didn't recommend it.

Extremely dirty, as if it hasn't been cleaned, let alone maintained in the past 10 years or so. Bathroom was okay but the hotel itself and the damp pillows (hidden in the closet) are absolutely disgusting. It probably was a pretty place 20 years ago, but not anymore. Also staff woke all of us up at 7 am for some reason? When I tried to give the key back before leaving staff did not look at me and another staff member came up to me from the left to grab it out of my hand. Shame on TUI for keeping this hotel in their group tours.
