A decent hotel for a comfortable stay. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because some things are old and worn out there, which is understandable, and the wifi is not the best, if you need to work remotely, but overall it's okay. We also didn't have shampoo/conditioner when we checked in and the phone is not labeled to call reception but those are just small things. I also didn't love that there are no hair dryers anywhere. The pool is awesome though and the breakfast had detox juice which was different than other hotels. They have VEGAN magnum icecream (yay) but super limited breakfast options for vegans, not surprising for Brazil. Better give them a heads up next time we come!
Rooms without lamps, no hair dryer, no shampoo or glasses and no electric kettle. Far from the city center. Noisy
Prices charge are like 4 stars hotel very expensive and the experience was horrible for the price paid. Wifi is only available at the front desk. No connection even near front desk. Rooms are outdated. Room View was none. Do not get a room in the back of hotel it feels like walking 10 blocks to the front door.. Very far walk to the central/downtown. Free parking outside.. I just can't recommend this hotel. Find another.
