Traumhotel Alpina Yoga & Ayurveda Adults only

We absolutely loved our stay! Went with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything from rooms, to food, to the spa area - fantastic. There are yoga sessions twice per day. The food was delicious and healthy, with many Ayurvedic diet options. Location - unbeatable - right across the ski lift (daily pass included into the room rate). Special thanks to Marco from the restaurant team! We will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. I came here alone for a little time for myself for a 3 days yoga and ayurvedic treatments. It is worth every euro. The yoga classes are really worth trying and the massages are very restorative and relaxing. Food is super tasty, fresh and seasonal. The location is stunning with plenty of options for hiking and walking around. Facilities (pool, saunas, jacuzzi) are absolutely amazing. Very worth a staying. I will probably go back in winter. Thanks for the great experience!

The good: food was yummy, the staff was friendly, and when it was open, the "sauna garden" was heaven. The bad: A maid came into our room from the balcony while we were naked (the do not disturb sign was up on our front door). It was very upsetting to my partner, but we just got a 'sorry'. The jacuzzi was not warm when we tried to use it hours after it was supposed to be open. They tried to have us sit with people they thought were our friends at the dinner, which was uncomfortable for everyone. The times for the "sauna garden" (free to use) are easily mixed up with the "spa" (services you pay for). All in all I would love to give a better rating, but for the price you pay.. I expected to not have the problems we did.
