Travelodge Hotel Wellington

Super comfy room, bed..everything worked beautifully, great plumbing, lighting, microwave, fridge..Amazing city and water view..wonderful breakfast. Front desk staff all super friendly and helpful, especially fellow from Kenya name beginning with an "M". Great convenient location..coming back in a few days for 2 more nights..love it here..stayed here few years back too!

Went in to visit family from aussie, and I gotta say the first time at travel lodge I was impressed. The location was a bit a hassle to find and park our car, but we managed to find a car parking inside the building. The receptionist was great to our family, and their room was great too. It suits them well, just a couple with a little one.

When we first arrived, the front desk wasn't manned for long enough that a line formed. However, they more than made up for this with helping us try to trouble shoot issues with our cellphone. The rooms are poorly designed. We had to open 2 heavy doors while hauling luggage to get into a tight hallway that doesn't have light until you put your keycard in the switch. I am absolutely all for saving energy, but this feature actually made us spend more as we left lamps on so we could easily see when we entered. The room space didn't improve much when in, as the bed took up almost the full room making luggage tight. The walls were also thin and it was easy to hear others. The parking garage is shared. It was super tight to get into spots and only certain spots are designated for customers of Travelodge. Staff was inconsistent with procedures to check into parking. Location was very convenient.
