Very helpful reception staff. Stayed in this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I had a video conference the next day which I hoped to attend at my destination. The reception desk woman was very helpful in finding a quiet spot for me to attend my video conference. Thank you!
Very warm welcome by staff. Hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Room very spacious. Decor is amazing. Food was excellent. I look forward to visiting again.
We recently stayed at Treacys Oakwood Hotel in Shannon and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and well-maintained — we truly wished we could have stayed an extra night. Unfortunately, it was fully booked, and we had to find alternative accommodation, which speaks to how popular and well-regarded this hotel is. A special mention goes to Katherine at the reception — what an incredible person! She was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional. Her friendliness and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Katherine truly goes above and beyond for guests, and she deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars.
