Treasure Island Beach Resort

Had another amazing experience! The service was wonderful at the front desk and anything we needed could be done instantly by text, even though they reached out proactively constantly to see how things were going. The rooms are large and in great condition... showers are great and the mattresses are really nice (both really great things to have in a resort!). We hope to return again soon.

All of the staff members were pleasant, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. They were attentive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist to the best of their ability. I even received a call from the front desk before my arrival — gentleman (sorry can't remember name) asked when I was expecting to get there and even wished me safe travels. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, took the time to explain everything we could expect during our stay, and truly made us feel at home. The only suggestion I have is to consider upgrading the kitchen utensils to include a few more cooking tools for added convenience and variety.

2 stars to remember room 221. We paid top dollar on a holiday weekend for Room Type: Superior View One Bedroom Two Queens Suite - Gulf Front. As you can see, the view is obstructed. ALL of the other rooms of this type have unobstructed spectacular views. The stay, the staff, the amenities, and the atmosphere are all FIVE STAR. BRGR has great food and specials. The pool area is well maintained and staffed. Ample parking and easy access to the elevators. The location is superb. The beach is fantastic. We are local and have stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. This stay was tainted, and to top it off, our credit card was overcharged. But I'm sure that will get resolved as some of the charges still say pending.
