Tree Tops Resort

We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised with our building #9 stay. We stayed on a higher floor and our view of the smoky mountains was amazing. We opened the balcony door to the roaring sound of the river. Perfect location as it was far enough away from town but within minutes of being in the center of everything. Definitely on our “must return” list.

A very cool place to vacation. In a beautiful spot amongst the trees in a small valley with a beautiful stream you can always here. 4 pools and many hot tubs to enjoy. Great for kids. And plenty of parking under the units. Great design and units layout. Go amd enjoy! ...and we saw a bear!

We checked in on a Wednesday night with plans to stay until Sunday at 11. We were never told that we were going to have to change rooms during our stay until our key card stopped working on Saturday. When we were leaving to go out for the day, we stopped to get a new key card and we then were informed that the family that owned our unit was coming that day and we needed to be out immediately. They then transferred us to a third floor unit and expected us to move all of our stuff out into the new unit immediately for one night. They were not very apologetic and tried to explain that there was something written on a page somewhere and we should’ve known. Overall, it was a pretty crappy experience.I would not come back again or recommend to anyone.
