I had a wonderful stay yesterday. Initially, there were a few issues with the room, but the way the staff handled it was truly commendable. A big thank you to Mr. Mahi—very supportive and knows exactly how to satisfy customer needs. Also, Ms. Lekshmi was very helpful and courteous throughout. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the experience. Great support from the team!

Would have given it a full 5 starts if I hadn't had issues regarding hot water. Such aesthetic and comfortable stay at a prime location. Beautiful ambience . And the food too was very delicious with generous quantity.

I have no intention to make a bad review purposefully over this hotel. But this must be shown to people who mistakenly book this hotel over their good reviews like we did. I'm not sure if there's any pretty good rooms, but what we got was terrible. Nothing much to say, I have posted the photos. Hope the owner sees it. We checked in very late by early morning 2 am and we just couldn't run away. Please keep the rooms clean and maintained. Not asking for a 5 star room, but we pay to sleep over and what we get is the cheapest. Where we sleep is home and I hope you don't keep your home the shittiest. Just clean and neat and that's all we ask for when we pay such an amount. Hope you understand. Sorry🙏🏼
