Extremely Disappointed – Unhygienic Room and Terrible Service I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy, with clear signs it hadn’t been cleaned properly—dust everywhere, stained sheets, and the worst part: bed bugs! I woke up with multiple bites and felt absolutely disgusted. The hospitality was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I reported the condition of the room. Instead of resolving the issue or offering an apology, they were dismissive and rude. This place clearly lacks basic hygiene standards and proper customer service. I do not recommend staying here. It's not worth your money, comfort, or health. It’s better to stay on footpath rather to stay at this place !

I stayed at Mart View Hotel recently, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Despite the high rates, the room was in a disgusting condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and worst of all, infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging this much. The level of cleanliness was shocking, with visible dirt and stains, and the bathroom didn’t feel sanitized at all. To make matters worse, the staff showed no concern when I reported these issues. There was no effort to change my room, apologize, or even acknowledge the inconvenience. Mart View Hotel seriously needs to re-evaluate its hygiene standards and customer service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere for a clean and respectful stay.

worst hotel ever.. you can call it love hotel. you will just see couples at night here. > dirty rooms > full of bedbugs > no hospitality > lifts and telephone are not functional > toilet is smelly > we asked for 2 bedsheets and they gave us one used and one torn one. > hairs everywhere WE book this hotel for one night stay and we couldn't stay because we saw bedbugs and lots of hair. we checked out 11pm only and also we had mild allergies. And that telephone you see, it's just for show. None of the telephone works. They don't even have courtesy to give us number for contacting the reception. I would not recommended this hotel. kindly avoid this hotel for your own good.
