Service is excellent. Foods are tasty, rate is a bit higherside. Buffet is good. Rooms are needed some maintenance. Reception counter is extremely helpful.
Stayed for 3 nights [checked out yesterday #317] did not expect too much from the property, very sad to see basic etiquette missing overall from reception & restaurant staff nobody wishes /Greets customer ,strange practice specially in hospitality......."Owner to take a note and emphasize on training", I think needs to implement from topmost . While check out the receptionist does not take any feedback or asked for bell boy for luggage and kept sitting while communicating...
Would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here with family on 26th Apr for one night and booked two rooms. Unpleasant smell, untidy towels, dirty bathroom & shower area, broken toilets etc. Mirror in the bathroom seemed re-fitted as it still had loose screw around. A toast order took around 40 mins. Not too much variety in breakfast. Only thing is a big building with trees around.
