I went there to host a Baby Shower Event. The venue is good, nice view of 56 Dukan from here. Also it's a beautiful place to host small events. Specially Baby Shower, Birthday or Kitty Parties. The ambience is good, and the staff is very cooperative. They will make sure you're having a good time there. The food they served was really tasty and the staff really served it in sequence and kept us hydrated and full.

This place has some exceptional advantage and some horrible traits and hence this mixed review. What goes for it: 1. Fantastic location - it’s just at the back gate of 56 Dukan which makes it exceptional place for food lovers like me 2. The rooms are very nice and spacious and it’s seems has been planned quite well with good infrastructure. However the positives ends here. The following are the things which makes it horrible: 1. Horrible maintenance of the place including the lift. Even the rooms rakes of bad maintenance 2. Horrible service - the staff start arguing with the guest and are unreasonable. They charged me 1000 for extra person even without breakfast and also did not share the receipt for the extra payments despite reminders. 3. Horrible broadsheet/pillow covers and towels- all these items has horrible marks and the staff did not change the same even after insisting saying there are washed one. I had to use the towel from the order side as main side has horrible marks on it and seemed unhygienic

Pros :location and access to all places. Bang on 56 road. Hotel staff is decent and tries to help a bit at times. Cons: rooms not maintained, hot water issues, the suite room is waste as non of the things are functional like recliner chair or jacuzzi., premium villa room is ok ok only con with the huge stepper if bathroom. Few Lights not functional in that room and fridge also not working. Linens not gód, tornned and smelly. They provide amenities but none working. Parking of building has huge water clogs in rains. Caising mosquitoes all over even in room. Pathetic breakfast, very shabby ambience in restaurant inside. And very rude staff of Dawaat. Extra 3 hrs charges for rs.700 and no receipt.
