It was absolutely beautiful from start to finish, The entire resort feels like a paradise, I stayed with my family and we were all impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout our stay. Our room was super nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The kids (and adults) had a blast on the waterslide, and visiting the private beach was a definite highlight. The food was delicious at every meal. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return. 10/10 experience!

Beautiful pool. Noisy, but that was expected. Restaurant good, very pretty, food was tasty but not memorable. Staff was nice. The layout of the place is terrible very poorly thought out. No privacy on balconies. I booked a nice bungalow looking for jungle vibes and tranquility. What I got was a beautiful room that had a shower that didn’t drain and ac that didn’t work. No cold air when it’s 89 Fahrenheit out in the day and 80 Fahrenheit at night doesn’t work for me. We tried multiple times to get another room and was told there were none. There was also a wedding that we were told about upon arrival and they asked if the music would be an issue for me. I said yes from the get go, but they still put us in a room that sounded like it was atop a Tijuana nightclub. Couldn’t open the windows cause of the heat and noise. Finally at almost 9pm they moved us to an itty bitty room with a futon only a 5 year old would be small enough to sleep on. No wedding noise and ac worked but walls were paper thin and a man next door was hacking up a lung all night long and into the early morning when we left. I asked for a refund for the difference in the room I booked and small attached room, the hotels reply was the will discount a future stay…. No thanks. I’d recommend getting a day pass if you really want to go and then sleeping somewhere else. The kids did really enjoy the pool.

Rooms are beautiful, but that's about it. Wednesdays is free entry versus $30usd day pass. We went for the Sunday lunch and found out we had to reserve a plate ahead of time. Then we saw a guest in his early 20s being told to take his shirt off due to the number on the jersey and was told the owner was anti-sport team supporter and thus guests can wear shirts as long as they have no number, due to the guest being self conscious after losing lots of weight we encouraged him to feel good about himself and even after explaining himself the lifegaurd insisted he remove it or get out of the pool, if it were me i wouldve left. Yet there was a full group of folks the same age that walked in wearing similar clothing with the same material with numbers and designs and used the pool and they didn't say anything. Food and drinks are 3x the amount anywhere else Toñas are $130 cordobas!!! The one waiter we had was good but waiters changed waaayy too often, they had 0 recommendations and its probably due to cost of food is not feasible for them to afford on a Nica salary. With a day pass you get some consumable allowance but staying guests only get the breakfast. The advertisements and website make it seem like it's bigger and alot more exclusive due to pricing and location but that is not the case. Pools are 1 out of 5 stars due to terrible rules, smaller than expected and all the locals sitting at the stairs, food was 2 of 5 stars great taste but a long wait to get the food. Very small menu and OVERPRICED. Check in was at 3pm and check out was 12pm, not to mention you require a 4x4 to get to the location because the road is terrible and couldn't imagine how bad it gets during the rainy season. Would I return? No. Furthermore I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Better off going to Barcelo Montelimar spending $100usd versus $400usd and you get alll inclusive service. This place needs to step it up in a VERY BIG way for the price they charge.
