Treehouse Hotel London

Our stay at The Treehouse was short but a great experience. It is a great location on Regent Street, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are in an eclectic league of their own. The rooftop bar has great views with two outdoor terraces. Highly recommended.....

The rooms are pretty small, much less than I expected, and compared to the price, I would expect bigger rooms. The hotel is unique in its design and clean . What was disappointing is that they deducted 180 pounds from my credit card without authorization, when I contacted them they turned it back without even apologizing! And clarifying why they deducted it in first place!!

We visited Treehouse at Langham Place to celebrate my daughter’s 27th birthday with a group of nine. Sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing. Service was slow and at times outright rude. We waited far too long between courses, and the food quality did not meet expectations—especially for a set menu. Despite notifying the restaurant ahead of time about the birthday, there was no effort made to acknowledge or enhance the occasion. The real issue, however, came at the end. After paying the full bill that was presented to us, we were stopped while leaving and told there was another bill—a clear error admitted by the manager. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager (who lacked experience and customer service skills) pleaded with us to pay again, even though he acknowledged the mistake. This was embarrassing and unacceptable, especially after I had paid for the entire group. To make matters worse, the restaurant attempted to charge my daughter’s card four more times without her consent after we left. Completely inappropriate and potentially unlawful. Avoid this place if you’re looking for professional service, transparency, or basic hospitality. What should have been a joyful evening turned into an awkward and frustrating ordeal.
