Treenz Hotel

Visited the place with friends and families and had an awesome time, be it the restaurant, poolside or the overall ambiance. There's a personal touch which one can experience at this hotel. Word of appreciation for Ms Domuna for her hospitality and special care for the guests. Though the approach road is a bit bumpy, but the view of Gangtok town from this hotel is mind blowing. Away from the traffic congestion and crowd. It's a very peaceful and serene location.

We had a wonderful stay at Treenz Hotel! The breathtaking view of Gangtok from our room was truly unforgettable. The peaceful environment made it a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Special thanks to Domuna for her warm hospitality and excellent service at the restaurant—she made every meal a pleasant experience. Also, a big thank you to Somen for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process—everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. Please note, the hotel is not located in the main Gangtok market, which adds to its quiet charm, but do plan your transport accordingly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature’s beauty in comfort.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The food quality was extremely poor and not up to any acceptable standard. While the rooms seemed fine, the hygiene of the cutlery was a major concern — they were visibly dirty, which was unacceptable. On top of that, I had pre-booked and paid for an extra bed, but it was never provided during my stay. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved, and I was still charged for it. Very disappointing overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or hassle-free stay.
