Treetops Accommodation Montville

A small minor hiccup with our booking but the host went above and beyond with fixing any problems. A beautiful setting which we have experienced a number of times before and will be back again. From breakfast each morning and champagne and chocolates on arrival. Kookaburras to share our evening meal with and beautiful surroundings. Decor is stunning, love the ducks. Highly recommend this place. Very nice owner, even gave me $200 discount! All towels, soap, complimentary breakfast, milk and juices, coffees and plenty of firewood provided. Sadly we did not get the chance to use the 3 beautiful verandas as we always going out and a bit cold outside. Very peaceful place, just no internet but that’s what you want if you mean total break, surprisingly I did not get bored😜. The spa bath is perfect! Will be back again when we can. Just wish dogs allowed but we are kinda at a National Park so it is understandable. 4 nights is not enough, wish we could have stayed longer. September 11-15,2023(8th yr wedding anniversary)

It's a great place. I missed the part where there was no signal and probably would have booked elsewhere if I'd known, as it was a romantic getaway and I'd told my young kids they could reach me anytime. At the same time, it was nice to be screen free. The first night the fire alarm randomly went off twice around 3am which was unpleasant and interrupted my sleep. This is NOT a place to bring children, of any age. I'm surprised anyone would do that.
