We had a wonderful stay here last year! The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. The pool was absolutely fabulous—perfect for unwinding. The property is surrounded by trees, creating a welcome calm oasis to come back to each day. What made the visit truly special was the surprise waiting for me on my birthday: a birthday cake complete with a candle, a bottle of wine, and a charming wine bottle cover. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my day unforgettable. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable!

We really enjoyed 6 nights at Treetops. Serviced apartments are usually bland but our apartment had character, and we like lamps! The apartment was spotless and easily accommodated 2 adults, 2 teenagers and an 8 year old on an extra bed. The buffet breakfast was adequate and the pool and gardens were wonderful for cooling down after a day out. Teenagers made good use of the gym, and a pleasant run to the botanic gardens is another option. Awesome location with bus, train and supermarket close by. Would definitely stay again.

Firstly let me say this is my third stay in Treetops so hopefully i am qualified to review my latest stay and compare against previous trips. We booked a 2 bed apartment but unfortunately my daughter had emergency surgery that meant she could not travel. I contacted Jean Tan the manager and she asked for medical certificate which i assumed was part of the process of recovering the refund. What she offered was an alternative date for the whole booking which didn't works as i still needed to be in Singapore on these dates. Long story short i asked for us to be moved to a single room and she quite rudely told me no!. I checked with staff later in the week and the apartments were not fully booked and so they charged me for an empty room for 9 days. I was curious as to why they asked for the medical certificate for my daughter if this was the case ,but she floundered and struggled to justify this, but it was still a resounding no to the refund or indeed credit for a room we could have used later in the year. Having spent the 9 days there i feel it has become very run down and needs the extra money morally right or wrong for renovations. I would consider the Shangri la 200 metres up the road as a better alternative to this accommodation as we had friends who stayed there, and the service was far superior, and the management were more sympathetic towards their patrons. In fuure they will have my and hopefully your business going forward if you consider my shared experiences here, and are looking for the best experience for accommodation.
