What a fantastic place this is! Above the hills which surround Minca lies this small glamping resort. From your tent you have spectacular views over the forest, the mountains and even Santa Marta. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant serves great food. From the platform in front of your tent you can watch toucans, hummingbirds and parakeets flying around.
Totally awesome 4 nights away stay. We are a family of 5 and had a family suite. Stunning views, very accommodating and friendly staff, courteous to us all. Jacuzzi pool to soak in. Beautiful food, a brisk 30 min hike downhill into Minca to explore and the option of 4wd to bring by us all back again. Saw toucans, hummingbirds and a plethora of other wildlife from our balcony.
We reserved for a 3 night stay with a family suite. Other than another family, the place was empty. I guess it was low season. Upon arrival, they gave us a different suit, which was smaller then the family suite we had reserved. I was disappointed that they did not respect the booking we had for no apparent reason. Francisco was a friendly staff member. They overcharged our bill by adding a few meals that we did not order. Otherwise the food was great, fresh and tasty. I don't know what they gained by trying to screw me with my booking, other then this bad review.
