We had an amazing experience at TrendLife Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind—they went above and beyond to meet all our needs. They were flexible with time and provided everything we requested without hesitation. The room was spotless, and everything exceeded our expectations. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay
Stayed there for a few days, the food was amazing and the bedrooms had a great view of the ski slopes. The staff were very friendly and understanding especially Mr Gulkan for his constant help throughout our stay there.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in the second last week of January. We arrived early at the hotel at around 11am and was given a room on the 1st floor. The room was like a tiny store room with a smelly bathroom, and extremely disappointing with a window overlooking something unsightly. We spoke to the receptionist about our displeasure and they arranged another room for us. The room was ready around 2.45pm, which is past the 2pm check-in time. Second room was like a loft, a little better but still rather sad looking and again, the bathroom really smelled. We nonetheless tried to make do with it till we were disturbed by the water sound coming from the heater. My partner then spoke to Mr Suat, the GM of the hotel about it as the receptionist couldn't get hold of the duty manager. He kindly offered to upgrade our room the next day if his staff couldn't fix it. The water sound was better after they looked at it but then, the ventilation sound in the bathroom drove us nuts. So we moved to another room the next day. The upgraded room was also small but in a much better condition with a nice view. The bathroom still smelled and I started to think it's some internal piping issue in the hotel. Cons to consider: 1) Breakfast, lunch and dinner weren't served warm. It astounds me how food is served cold here, every single meal we had in our 4-day stay. It honestly is something so basic - serving warm/hot meals to guests. 2) Beds are very tiny and uncomfortable. They are so short in length, you'll find your legs just dangling off the bed 3) As mentioned above, bathrooms really smell. 4) Rooms seem neglected and worn-out. Pros to consider: 1) The staff are so so lovely and nice- full of smiles and professionalism! It honestly made our stay so much better. They generally speak English and the young servers at the hotel restaurant speak very fluent English. 2) The hotel have their own sport store where you can rent all your ski/snowboarding equipments. We have walked around and checked out other rental shops nearby but we find the one at the hotel to be the most proper, hygienic, roomy and comfortable. THIS IS A HUGE SELLING POINT OF THE HOTEL ASIDE FROM THE LOCATION. We really felt taken care of. You can even get them to arrange for an instructor for you if need be - even English speaking ones. 3) You'll never go hungry. Aside from the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, there's also snack time and soup time in the middle of the night. To be honest, even though I was displeased with the room, I would definitely stay at Trend Life again. There's a wonderful, positive vibe there which I think has a lot to do with their staff. Please extend our thanks and gratitude to Mr Abdullah, the hotel porter. During the whole of our 4-day stay there, he's been nothing but welcoming, genuine, helpful and extremely professional. I think the hotel is lucky to have him. Even when we were leaving, he was busy shovelling the snow so our car could get out of the heavy snow. He was always helping without even being asked and telling us, ''We would love to see you back at the hotel!''. That's what I call taking pride in your job, kudos! We would also like to thank Mr. Gülkan and the hotel photographer, Mr. Furkan, for their warm and friendly demeanour, which added to the hotel's welcoming atmosphere.
