The hotel has excellent service. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful ☀️ The room was beautiful and clean. Sunbeds and umbrellas available on the pier, perfect. Only the sea was not very blue. Thanks for the great service. Veronica

The location odlf the hotel is prime though this hotel is bit far from main shops but lot's of Restaurants near walking distance. Beach location is very clean and beautiful. Food is ok but need some improvements. Staff is very friendly and helpful. On the all is good experience and we are coming back in September in the same hotel and hopefully they will do more improvement as the manager promised with us. I will write my comments in September. This hotel was a disappointment and I wouldn’t stay there again. I booked this place for my birthday and I wish I went somewhere else. Except for the LADIES at the front desk, and some of the restaurant staff everything else is not as they like to advertise. First, the rooms are not the same. I was given a room by a clean closet, with very poor lighting. The patio was just poorly maintained, and dirty. There was also no privacy. I went to the patio or open my curtains, and I would see the inside of the room across. Housecleaning is inexistent. I spent 5 days at the hotel. They came to clean once and all they did was to move the bathroom rug. No beds were made nor clean towels were provided. I also didn’t feel safe, as a few times I came back to my room, and some of the staff were sitting at my door taking their breaks. I do not expect anyone to speak English, but I noticed a big lack of communication with staff. Even ordering water was a nightmare. Breakfast was the worse. They only had a few bread options. No juices, deli, or dairy. I’m sorry, but I don’t feel like eating salad at 9 am. Luckily there was a small market nearby and I got some breakfast items there. Some areas at the hotel are actually pretty cute but areas and space are poorly used and maintained. Although the area is cute, there isn’t anything to do besides the beach. You have to take a taxi or dolmus to the city center, which is like 15 minutes away. Not a good stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
