I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hotel amenities were top-notch – the restaurant served delicious meals, and room service was prompt and courteous. Good day!! I recently stayed at your hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were very welcoming and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and offering help when needed. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness, and the bed was especially cozy. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection—there was a good variety of food, and everything tasted fresh.

We stayed at your hotel on July 19. Upon check-in, I specifically asked the front desk if my card had already been charged during the time of booking. I was confidently told that no charge had been made. However, the following day—right after check-out—I noticed that my card had been charged twice. I immediately called the hotel to clarify, but the staff insisted that only a single transaction was processed. Out of goodwill, I waited a few more days in case the second charge was just a temporary hold. When the amount did not reverse, I contacted my bank. They confirmed that two separate charges were posted, and I was even provided with the authorization codes to verify this. Since then, my wife and I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with your team. We have: Sent multiple emails—none of which were acknowledged or responded to Called your reception and accounts team several times Spoken to staff as recently as Monday, July 28, when we were told “we will check and revert,” yet no follow-up has been made This lack of accountability and follow-through is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on your customer service. It should not take repeated calls and emails over the course of more than a week to receive a simple acknowledgment—let alone a resolution—for an issue as serious as a double charge. We expect an immediate response, and a full refund of the duplicate charge.
