This is amazing property with gorgeous design, an ideal location in the Pueblo Magico of Orizaba, and the kindest staff imaginable! I left a five-day non-refundable reservation at one of their competitors, and it was so worth it to stay here!
This place is AMAZING. The rooms (of which there are only 15) are named and individually themed after famous Mexican personalities. There is a small school right beside it so be prepared for those sounds in the mornings. Though it didn't bother me. The staff is awesome. If you have poor Spanish, or don't speak st all, there is someone on hand that does.
It's very unfair. A wine glass which was sitting on a table ( morning time) got broken, and we were charged 380 pesos. Ridiculous l!
