Me and my husband recently stayed at Tresor Le Palais in Timișoara and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly attentive, always helpful and polite, which made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the spa area—it was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. We both had a massage, and it was absolutely amazing—so relaxing and professional. The large pool was also a great bonus, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and rich flavors. Every meal felt carefully prepared, and we looked forward to each one. There were lots of amenities to enjoy, from wellness facilities to elegant lounges, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. Our bed was super comfy, and we both slept very well each night. For the quality and service we received, it was definitely great value for money. Tresor Le Palais is a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. We would absolutely recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing and elegant getaway.

Went there for a wedding, it was impressive in architecture, good for photos. Had an elevator to every floor. Spacious event room, the wedding had 300 guests and we had room for aprox. 50% of the people to dance.

Disastrous. Absolutely not recommended: 0 professionalism and respect towards potential clients. For the period after our wedding, we wanted to make a reservation at this "luxury" resort. To ensure there would be no issues, we wanted to ask for permission to take a few photos in the room and at the hotel exit – in the hallway, in front of the hotel, or in the garden. Our written request was denied on the grounds that other events would be taking place on the same day. To avoid any disturbance, we restricted the number of people to just the family staying at the same resort and the photographers – even that was not possible. I would like to mention that no specific time was asked, nor was any solution sought. No, no, and again no. I tried to contact them by phone – this is where the shock came – when I had the "honor" of being treated with no respect at all, the gentleman at the reception yelling at me, almost shouting. I have never encountered such behavior... I tried to get in touch with the lady responsible for events – still waiting for her to call back. Conclusion – This type of behavior and lack of respect towards clients cannot compensate for the luxury and services offered. ............................................................................................................Dear Hilton Team, Thank you for your response. I respect your decision and would have had no problem with it if it had just stayed that way: When I called to inquire and explain the situation (it would have only involved the photographers and my parents, who were all staying at the same resort), I was yelled at by the person I spoke to and treated as if I were the last person on earth. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. (Hopefully not by the Hilton chain either – I will find out in the next steps) Yesterday, a lady called me (only after the review was written) and made the situation worse by confirming that: There was zero appreciation – I was addressed informally the entire time, even though I was using formal language. No one apologized for everything that happened. I was lied to multiple times. (PS: The lady failed to get back to me twice) I can understand that the other bride booked the location – but also “the room I would have reserved?” The garden and the entire area of about 10,000 square meters? They apparently don't need customers – I was asked why I wanted to book/reserve with them. I have never experienced anything like this before. As mentioned before, it was just “No, no, no” from the beginning. Not solution-oriented at all. To summarize again: We wanted to take a few pictures in the hotel room and in front of the property or in the garden. Maximum 15 minutes – NO photoshoot or anything like that. As mentioned before, the situation gets worse with each further contact, and everything I have already described is confirmed. It's a shame – this is not how I knew the Hilton chain.
