Cannot find any fault with this hotel! Upon arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was immaculate and very modern with complimentary teas/coffee and a selection of toiletries. The room was cleaned each day. There's is a vast choice for breakfast to cater for everyone. The location is perfect very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain apart from the Vatican this place is within reasonable walking distance to all the tourist attractions. I would not take note of the negative reviews as this is not reflective of the standards we experienced.

The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes from the Spanish Steps and about a 10-minute walk to the main shopping streets. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The rooms were excellent – we had spacious and comfortable family rooms, large bathrooms with plenty of towels, toiletries, and a kettle in the room. Breakfast was full and satisfying. We had a great time and would like to give a special thanks to Ana at the front desk for her kindness and outstanding service

We have just returned home from Rome. I was a little apprehensive after reading previous reviews about this hotel. I needn't have worried our experience was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I have mobility problems, I was given a r9om on the 4th floor. The member of staff taking me to the room immediately. Witjout me asking went back to reception and requested I have a first floor room which I did near the lift. The breakfast offered a wide range of hot and buffet foods. The staff were continually checking to ensure that all food platters were refilled immediately. There was plenty of choice to suit everyone. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel Trevi Collection, should I visit Rome again, I know where I will be staying. Have a lovely holiday, it's a beautiful city.
