The staff at the hotel are really helpful. The rooms are large as are the beds.Towels are changed daily as are the beds. The restaurant is large and accommodates lots of people.There is a buffet where there is a really good selection of fresh salads cheeses cold meats etc.The hot buffet hosts chicken fish different stews .The desserts were ample with a selection of fresh fruit, cakes and ice cream.If you wanted wine with your meal this had to be paid for at the desk which was a bit of a pain as your food was left to get cold.There needs to be a better system where drinks are added to your room and you pay on leaving. We have been staying at the hotel over Andaluce Day so the hotel was full. It would be nice if there was a quiet area overlooking the gardens with comfortable settes so that you could relax and read. It would also have been nice if the facility of the indoor pool had been in use especially seeing that we have been forecast a week of rain. There are lots of elderly people here who have come from the UK in search of sunshine. The hotel is a good mile from the nearest shops/restaurants and all up hill.It would be an excellent gesture if the hotel could put on a curtesy bus so that residents don't feel trapped and frustrated.

During our vacation, we had a car breakdown right in the middle of the highway. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach the car rental company – no one picked up or was available. It was an extremely stressful and difficult situation for us. Justine, the receptionist at the hotel, was incredibly kind and helpful. From the hotel, she supported us in every possible way to help us move forward. Even though it was a tough situation for anyone, even as an outsider, Justine stayed with us through it all and assisted us until the very end from the hotel reception. Thanks to her responsible, genuinely caring, and human approach, we were finally able to return to the hotel after hours of struggle. It was a very tricky and difficult situation, and we are so thankful for her. We are truly happy and grateful to have met such a dedicated and trustworthy staff member in your hotel. We hope – and are quite sure – that you as a company value employees like her, and that she is well appreciated in your team. The room was too hot like a sauna We were asked to change our room but the second one was worse than the first. Small twin bed Room temp? It’s just ‘outside but with walls. Imagine you don’t have A/C… and then you realize this hotel doesn’t either.
