Excellent Stay with Great Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and everything was well-managed. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad, the manager, for his professionalism and care throughout my stay. Also, Abdollah at guest services was incredibly helpful and kind—always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Please read reviews before making booking for this hotel instead of looking at their pictures. This hotel should not even be rated for a one star! Customer service extremely poor! No hygiene at all. We paid extra money for a luxurious room , when we went to check in, we were taking to a completely different building. Towels were smelly and dirty, toilets smelly , no hand soap. The funny thing is when we went to ask for hand soap , they said we run out, just use the shampoo !!!! I was like no I’m expecting to have some hand soap in my room. They said it’s okay we will get it from another room and give it to you. Few days later, I asked about hand soap AGAIN, and they said we run out! And I had to go out to buy my own hand soap. Breakfast!!! Poor selection, dirty, few times found some hair on the food!!! On first day there were some slippers in the room , on day 3 the cleaner decided to take them and never to be replaced again. The location is okay but extremely noisy especially high time. Its a torcher to be there not a holiday

Very disappointed with my stay. The service was well below expectations — staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. Despite raising concerns, nothing was done to fix the issues. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back, and I do not recommend this hotel to others.
