This place has it all – a nice little gym, a sky bar, beautiful rooms, and top-notch service. I had some issues booking through the app since my U.S. credit cards weren’t being accepted, but Guest Relations Associate Andris was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to manually secure my room when the app wouldn’t cooperate with my US Card. They also noticed the app made multiple bookings, and the manager quickly sorted it out on the spot. Really impressed with the service and how smoothly everything was handled.

Good location next to the terminals in BUD. Spacious room and good breakfast with all options you may need. Excellent for overnight stays (before, after, and in between flights). Bad credit card management, no deposit offered, they asked to go straight to payment.

I visited the hotel on August 3rd. I wanted to check in at 7 AM and argued this with the receptionist. I explained that I was willing to pay for 2 days but wanted to check in exactly at 7, not at 10 as she said was impossible. Since I only had 8 hours, I just wanted to get some proper sleep. I wasn’t rude to anyone, and when I argued with the receptionist, I was polite and didn’t raise my voice. But the hotel doesn’t seem to understand this, because one of the staff members rudely interrupted my conversation with the receptionist. He yelled at me and acted as if I owed him something, even though I was a customer. Clearly, this hotel’s staff don’t know the meaning of customer service. Because of his rudeness, I asked for his name to file a complaint. He refused, so I took a photo of him. For that, he started calling the police on me, which shocked me. Although the police refused to act on this man, who behaved like a spoiled child. This ruined my impression not only of the hotel but of the whole country. I never thought people could treat customers this way. Obviously, this person forgot he was at work. I didn’t photograph him in the hotel room — only at the reception — because of his terrible behavior. Later, I sent a review by email to the hotel, but they only replied once and ignored my follow-up messages. No one at this hotel cares about their customers. Therefore, I strongly do not recommend ruining your mood by staying here. P.S By the way, this person ran to the neighboring hotel like a spoiled little girl to report the situation, which made me laugh a lot—what a shame.
