This is an outstanding hotel and all of the staff were really, really nice to us. The Marriott recognition was excellent and we were treated to a great experience in their club lounge, with great cocktails and snacks. The room was large and comfy and had the best shower we experienced on our Nairobi trip (hot and high pressure). The hotel design was great - with a modern ambience, the pool area looks lovely. Breakfast was good, but the combination of a small buffet and ordering extra might not be to everyone's taste, as the additional dishes are a little small and take a while to arrive. Overall definitely recommend.
Tribotel really impressed me! From the moment I walked in, I felt peace. The place is super quiet and luxurious — exactly what I needed for a getaway. The interior is beautifully done, and the ambiance? 10/10 The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel so welcomed. I didn’t have to wait long for anything, and everything was done with a smile. I genuinely felt like a valued guest. Now let’s talk about the food — chef’s kiss! Everything I had was fresh, flavorful, and nicely plated. You can tell they take their kitchen seriously. I was honestly so impressed. I’d 100% go back again. If you’re looking for a quiet, classy, and comfortable spot with good food and great service, Tribotel is the place to be!
I really enjoyed my stay at Tribe Hotel Amsterdam. The location is a major plus; literally just steps away from the Metro and bus station, which made getting around super easy. We booked a queen room with a city view, and the room itself was stylishly decorated with modern touches, including smart features on the TV, perfect for relaxing in bed. A few things kept it from being a perfect 10. There was no room service available during our stay, and we noticed a leak on the lobby floor near the elevator. Also, while the area is convenient, most restaurants and shops nearby closed by 9 or 10 p.m.- though this seems to be common in many parts of Amsterdam outside of bars. Another small downside was the lack of a microwave in the room. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering familiar favorites like bacon, eggs, waffles, coffee, tea, and juices. Hotel staff were friendly and, in most cases, very helpful- some even gave us great tips on places to explore. All in all, I’d definitely recommend Tribe Hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay.
