We had a good experience staying at this hotel. We opted for an apartment, which was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for both relaxing and moving around. One of the highlights was the extraordinary spa—a truly rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the hospitality during dinner was exceptional; the servers made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. That said, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve: 🥣 Breakfast Spread: The options were quite limited, especially for vegetarians. A more diverse and inclusive selection would greatly enhance the morning experience. 🧹 Housekeeping: The service was average and could benefit from more attention to detail.

The best part of this hotel is their aircon in the room. Amazingly cold in contrast with Bangkok heat! The gym is small but still nice with the view. Breakfast is fab, especially their porridge with onsen egg and sausage. Their lemonade cold press juice is top notch. Overall ambience is nearly perfect! Understandble why they are always fully booked. As for lunch, you can walk to surrounding cafe and also take their shuttle to Emsphere Mall. The bus leaves exactly at every hour, so make sure you get there on time! Recommended!

The location, design, atmosphere, and especially the people made this stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, every staff member—from the entrance to my room—made me feel genuinely welcome. I loved having the coffee bar downstairs for a quick grab before heading out to explore shopping at Emsphere and nearby local restaurants. The rooftop lounge and restaurant were fantastic—everything was top quality. But what stood out the most was the warmth of the team. They made me feel comfortable, like a friend visiting home. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!
