I had a very disappointing experience at Tbilisi Tribeca. Every single morning, someone opened our door without knocking, waking us up, and just said, “Oh, sorry, sorry.” This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The breakfast was terrible—everything was cold if you arrived a bit later, and there was no way to heat the food. The rooms were dark with no natural sunlight, making the stay feel gloomy. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and all they did was collect a few items—they didn’t even bother to change the bed linens. I will never stay at this hotel again. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.
Terrible experience! I booked for 12 days but was denied entry to the country and couldn't stay at the hotel. Despite providing all necessary proof, they refused to refund my booking. Zero empathy and terrible customer service. Avoid this hotel!
