I had a wonderful stay—everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. They gave clear, easy-to-follow directions for getting to nearby shopping areas, which made exploring super convenient. The room was spacious, cozy, and spotless, with all the comforts that made it feel like home. I really appreciated the calm, modern vibe throughout the property—it was peaceful and well maintained. The location is great too, within walking distance to shops while still being quiet enough to relax. One of the highlights was definitely the two pools overlooking the city—such a perfect spot to unwind. Overall, it was excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

The assigned room from my booking was running down, but they managed to provide or replaced it with something better. Great location. Need to improve in house keeping. However everything was awesome. Thanks to Bella! And thanks to Mini for offering great complementary offers for the inconveniences.

Our stay at Tribeca Service Hotel by Millennium was nothing short of exceptional. Check-in was a breeze and the staff went above and beyond. Joshua and Rex answered all my queries before our arrival, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We were thrilled to get Room 1511 with a breathtaking view of TRX, just as we requested for a high floor. The room was spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable. Dinner at their restaurant was a highlight. The Chicken Chop and Salmon were delicious, with unforgettable sauce. The live band that night was amazing and truly entertaining. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I’m already planning my next celebration here.
