Trident Gurgaon

An excellent hotel. Everything is taken care of. The staff is polite and helpful. Every request we had fulfilled immediately and with a smile. The hotel's architecture is beautiful especially the pools. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of tasty dishes. The location is a bit far from the city center and while it's close to the airport the taxi to the airport was still more expensive than expected

I travel a fair bit and have been to some exceptional properties, and Trident Gurgaon is likely in my top 5. Every single employee goes out of their way to take care of their guests. From the restaurant staff who sent food to my room when I changed my mind a few minutes after sitting down - to the staff that went out and got an NA beer for me even though it wasn’t on the menu AND sent it to the room. It’s the above and beyond things that I wish would be the norm in comparable places. The property itself is gorgeous, the rooms are fantastic and the service is legendary.

The banquet and outdoor venues were stunning, creating a truly magical atmosphere for the celebrations. What stood out the most was the attentiveness of the staff, who ensured every guest felt special and well looked after throughout the stay. The dining options were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all palates. Overall, staying at Trident was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and hospitable setting, whether for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.
