From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were top-notch. The hotel’s architecture beautifully reflects the royal charm of Jaipur, and the ambiance is both luxurious and peaceful. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the lake and gardens. Service by Vikas and Rana are superb. Thanks to Soumyo at restaurant. The highlight of our stay was the food — absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat, with a wide variety of Indian and international dishes served fresh and with great attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, with so many flavorful options. Staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or dining, everything was managed perfectly. Trident Jaipur truly lives up to its five-star rating and gave us a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience in the Pink City!
We had a wonderful stay at Trident Jaipur! Location: The hotel boasts a prime location right across from the stunning Jal Mahal, with easy access to Amer Fort, Nahargarh Fort, and just a short drive from Hawa Mahal. Staff: The staff were incredibly polite, courteous, and always had a warm smile. We celebrated a special occasion with our kids, and the team surprised us with a complimentary cake and a beautifully decorated room with balloons — such a thoughtful gesture! Food: We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, which gave us the chance to try a variety of delicious dishes. The staff kindly accommodated our request to serve smaller portions to avoid waste. Highlights included the Kadhi Kachori, Dal Pakwaan, Churma, Paan Ice Cream, Spaghetti, Chicken, Omelettes — the list goes on! Special mention for the wholesome kid-friendly options like vegetable purée, apple purée, khichdi, and oats, which our youngest thoroughly enjoyed. They even packed some food for the kids at checkout for our drive home — a lovely touch. Amenities: The pool was popular among guests, the gym was well-equipped, and the cultural programs in the evenings were a great experience. The lawns are perfect for a relaxing stroll, or you can take a walk along the lake right across the road. While the Executive King Room felt a bit compact for a family stay over a few days, it wouldn’t stop us from coming back. We’d happily book again!
Very bad behaviour by reception staff. They want their environment to be children free . They shouted at me for be quite on the other side we were already in our rooms enjoying food only . The staff called us and ask us to be silent and we were already in our manners to not disturb anyone . If any of the other guest is having problem and are sick so they should stay at home instead of hotels. Without any checking staff just called us any ask to be silent and that I feel is very bad behaviour .
