Fantastic stay. Staff very helpful and always available. Rooms very clean and fully equipped. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and the city. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended.

Really nice rooms in the best place for enjoying Rimini beach. All the hotel staff were great and helped us with everything we needed.

We booked three rooms in this hotel for ten people. We arrived separately, and one of us checked in earlier than the rest. A couple of hours after going up to his room, he noticed that the door was broken and went down to report it. Hours later, he was informed that he would need to pay a €150 fine, as the cleaning staff claimed they had not noticed any damage earlier. Despite disputing this, we were told we had to pay the fine in order to stay. We submitted a review that same day, as we felt this situation was unfair and handled poorly. Two days later, when one of us went to the lobby in the morning, hotel staff showed him a message allegedly from management stating that the €150 fine was not enough to cover the damage allegedly caused by us, and that we now had to pay an additional €850 (in addition we were told that if we did not remove our previous review, the fine would be increased) or we would be forced to leave the hotel. We found this behavior unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel at all costs.
