I booked this hotel based on its name and description promising a luxury experience, but what I found was the exact opposite. Calling this “luxury” is completely misleading — nothing about it reflects comfort, quality, or proper standards. The room I was given was tiny, dark, and nothing like the photos. The furniture was old and scratched, the walls dirty and marked, and the air quality was so bad they had placed cheap chemical air fresheners in the room and bathroom to mask the musty smell — which only made it worse. The bathroom was cramped and shabby, with a dented trash bin and visible stains. Exposed wires, poor maintenance, and a general sense of neglect made it feel more like a budget hostel with bedbug vibes than anything remotely “luxurious.” I was so disappointed and uncomfortable that I left the room after only 10 minutes, forfeited my booking, and paid out of pocket for another hotel that actually lived up to its description. I raised my concerns to the staff, but they offered no real solution or compensation. For the price charged and the promise of “luxury,” this was an appalling experience and frankly feels like a scam. Guests deserve honesty, cleanliness, and a minimum standard of quality — none of which I found here. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
