The staff was great. The rooms extremely comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that the heating was not working and the room didn't have a fridge. Location great and the free parking was fantastic. In general great value for money
I had a great stay at this hotel in Neuss. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. There were a few small finishing issues, like some missing outlet covers, but nothing major. The location is convenient, and I loved that there was plenty of free private parking. Overall, a very good experience!
