My company booked this hotel for me and I am pretty satisfied with it. The location is pretty accessible both with public transport and car. It's a 15 minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof and if traveling by car, the street provides numerous free parking spots. The staff was friendly and always accessible. The breakfast was great too. Can highly recommend this hotel!
It was quite comfortable stay for the purpose of being close to the city and a decent room. However, the cleanliness is something else, the rooms got cleaned daily within 2 minutes max just giving fresh towels. The floors haven't been mopped in quite some time and changing the bedsheets was something I had to mention to the staff. The hair dryer didn't work as well. Super friendly staff at the reception though!
The location of the hotel is good. Close to Essen Hbf. The room is really nice and the staff was friendly. The shower didn't work properly. Cold water and no water pressure. The poweroutlet next to the bed didn't work either. It was also really annoying early check-in costs 30 euros but the room was already clean and available. In my opinion no need to pay a ridiculous fee of 30 euros. Also kind of expensive during the euros but you expect more for what you're paying.
