The room was much bigger than expected with a balcony. Location was perfect for going to the the Christmas market. And the breakfast was much better than expected. Well above normal German breakfast fair.
This is a very nice hotel with the air conditioning and elevator. The room is spacious, and there is a balcony that you can enjoy the street view. Parking price is reasonable too, I t’s five euro per night. The Grimm Brother statue is within walking distance, and there are supermarkets around the hotel too.
We come here repeatedly. This time the experience was not really nice. The cleaning person has taken my packed food I had in the room. I immediately informed the reception, however, the only reply was that the cleaning person said he had not taken anything and therefore the thing is solved from their side. Just to add some background information, we were 8 people staying there for 3 nights, some for 4 nights. The value of the food I wanted to reimburse was at a value of 30 Euro. In comparison to that, what is roughly the value of this negative review for this hotel?
