Great location, big rooms, good service, every day cleaning. Helped us to organize the boat trip to Komodo. The only thing we didn't like is noise. Every day i woke up because of the coks in the garden, mosque and sounds of ships in the port. Be ready for that.
We had a great time. The rooms are really big and spacious, with huge windows. Opposite to the other comments, we found the rooms really quiet and well insulated. The two ACs in the room keep it at perfect temperature all the time and the beds were really comfortable as well... The kitchen is a nice touch, and furnished with a big fridge. We can recommend this stay :)
We stayed 2 nights. The position is the best feature of the hotel, if you arrive in Labuan Bajo by boat, because you can reach it by walking. Beside that, I don’t have other positive things to say. There is no common area where to stay/rest. The room was way too big. Probably they wanted to recreate the ambience of a suite but if feels more like staying in an empty box. The water in the bathroom stinks. The wifi works really poorly. I am pretty sure that for the same price you can have something better in Labuan Bajo
