One of the best experiences I had was at a hotel where the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I forgot my secondary phone in the room and didn't remember it until two days later. However, the hotel staff took responsibility for it. They checked the room for me and sent my phone through a parcel. I am very happy that the staff is trustworthy and genuinely puts in the effort to help guest.
The hotel is good. The service is fast and quick. I stayed there for 2 nights and it was a good experience. The food was also good. All staff member were very polite. Only thing was hygiene. The washrooms were not that clean. The location is also good everything is located nearby.
wonderful experience, room's are neet and clean and well maintained.. food was also tasty and pure veg need improvement to swimming pool & kitchen staff for fast service... provide facilities like shampoo and body wash. When we stayed, the TV recharge was over, which needs attention. But we are satisfied with the rates.
