A better choice when you stay in Pamukkale and it is very nestled with nice views of travertines and many. Well maintained hotel rooms with a wide range of breakfast options. Especially Turkish cuisines. I can share some pics. Pool facilities and large areas of relaxation are interesting. The highlight is the peaceful and calm location with a splendid view of hot air balloons in the early morning. Really enjoyed the stay.
All in all a lovely hotel. Our room was very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bowl of fruit. The reception staff were ever so helpful. The outside pool area is beautiful with an outstanding view of the travertines. The buffet breakfast was extremely well supplied. My only negative was the spa area, although I understand that this is subcontracted to a different group. My wife and I didn't wish to book a spa session but we were keen to make use of the hammam room after enjoying some time in the sauna. On arrival the attendant refused to give us a towel or pestemel, insisting that these were reserved for paying spa clients not for ordinary hotel guests. Once we were about to go into the hammam room, we became aware of a commotion. An older disabled couple were using the room when one of the attendants ordered them abruptly to leave, saying that the room was needed for a private spa booking. When İ mentioned to the attendant's manager that we were about to go in as well, he promised that the room would be available again in 15 minutes. İnstead it was a good 40 minutes before we were able to access the hammam room. İn fact the spa group went into the steam room first, so the disabled couple could easily have finished their session without being treated so rudely. At the end of the day we enjoyed using the hammam, pool and sauna. But I wonder if hotel guests might not get better service if the hotel took over direct management.
🚫 Worst hotel experience ever! We already paid for dinner and breakfast, but the hotel failed to update it in their outdated system. Because of this, there was constant miscommunication between staff. At one point, the kitchen staff refused to give us drinks, claiming we hadn’t paid — even though we had! The front office should’ve recorded it properly. We had to dig through our records just to show the receipt and card transaction to prove it. Only after we proved payment, the staff started treating us decently. This place is absolutely discriminatory, especially towards hijabi Asian guests. This is my first and last stay at this hotel. ⚠️ If you’re planning to stay here, keep all your proof of payment! The management is unprofessional and the system is outdated.
